Guess What>? I working at the Malaysia International Halal Showcase(MIHAS) event , I'm sure that everyone know about this halal exhibition , thats a lot of advertisment about this exhibition no matter from media/news paper/the broad at road side.I'm glad that I'm working at this well-known exhibition than the DSA event.
This job is more tough than the DSA event ,maybe is the working enviroment that make us feeling not well, or maybe the working time quite long? Most of us are
fall sick, but I'm still in pink of health :-) ,how to maintain healthy? I drink about 3 liter water per day while working at the 'refrigerator' , because the first few days the visitor are not much, and the air condition temperature still remain at low temperature some more is raining in the evening , even we are wearing coat also feel very cold and dry, that's why we have to
drink a lot of water.I'm the
lucky one because didn't fall sick? Or I'm
well to take care of myself? :-D
Water really important to human, human can alive without food but cannot alive without water, just like the USA famous magician, he can alive 1 month without food , he just drink water for 1 month in the cage, finally he alive! Nowadays many people sitting in front the computer for long time and lazy to walk to kitchen to drink water, if just 1 or 2 days then is fine,but if more than 4 days drink less water and stay in front the computer for long time, then will easily fall sick.Water is the main source to maintain the body temperature , if the body lack of water then the body temperature will increase until will get fever/dry cough/sore throat/ or some others serious sick.
My advise:
Drink more water!
Sleep! Sleep also very important for human to maintain healthy body, many professor have done the research that sleep is very important to human,if a person not enough sleep it will affect a people EQ , if a person have not enough sleep the person will easily angry or very emotional which mean the person will not to able control them self emotion correctly/nicely. Someone is disagree this statement, because some people even sleep about 4-5 hours per day also can maintain them self in good condition.Why this will happen? In my own book , this is because their in take food will also effect their emotion, this is just my opinion, want to get the fact I still have to do some research.

Talking too much far apart from the main topic, back to main topic now, what i experience on this job is I become a robot during working time,me and my friend keep on repeat the same sentences to question all the visitor, this exhibition approx 45k visitor, if I just serve 5% of visitor , I already repeat the same words for 2250 times, the sentences I talk the most during working is-"
berapa orang?" ,"
how many person","
how many adult", "
NEXT "
I think I have repeat this few sentences more than thousand time, don't know weather when I dreaming will also say this few sentences or not =.=
Although become robot for few days , I also having a lot of fun with my collegue , we always "blow water" from the morning to night non-stop, because if we stop then we will feel sleepy :P
so sad that those gal collegue don't understand what I'm talking about when we just chatting while working.Those 'aunty' are demon, if they are silent you will just know they look like angle , but when they talking ,you will feel shock!
